I don't understand the Senator's accusation against Republicans on that issue. The time agreement on this bill was reached between the majority party and the minority party. It was not unilaterally agreed to by the minority party. It was put forward by the leadership on both sides. Do not accuse the Republican side of the aisle of being the people who are trying to limit this. You have an opportunity to speak. You got 15 minutes. The Senator from Massachusetts has been kind enough to offer you more. I will offer you 5 more minutes of my time if you want more.
