The additional $20,000,000 provided in our bill for the Boys and Girls Clubs was in part to cover the cost of the proposed national capital flagship club facility in Washington and for other purposes. It is my understanding that at least $6,000,000 will be require for the site, design and construction of the proposed flagship facility and that amount would be covered by these additional funds.
