I simply note that the way this is working, these are 10-minute votes. We have been reasonably generous by letting them go to 12 minutes, but we are not letting them go past 12 minutes. I believe I speak for Senator Conrad. We are going to insist on getting these votes done. We are on to the next amendment. Amendment No. 3004 The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senate will now consider the Snowe-Wyden amendment.
