I personally cannot think of anything more important to our culture than babies. If we were to pick one event in the life of a citizen of this country--or I suspect anywhere in the world--that really is an event of great wonder and alters a person's view of the world and how they work with the world, it is when one has a child. Certainly they want to make sure their children are delivered in a safe way and with the best medical help that can be obtained. This is why this bill is so important, because trial lawyers do not deliver babies. Doctors deliver babies.
