I simply ask the Senator if he is aware that under the bill brought forward to us, as amended, the 30-day rolling exclusivity would be able to continue to roll over, that under this bill it is potential--and in fact likely--that second and third 30-day periods could be driven under this bill--and even fourth 30-day periods. There was actually language that would have eliminated that opportunity completely.
