Aren't we talking about aftertax dollars? I mean basically what we are saying is if an American company generates American revenues, it has to pay taxes on those American revenues. When an international company generates American revenues, it has to pay taxes on those revenues. The United States Treasury has taken in dollars from American-generated income from an American or international company.
