In response to the Senator's request that I hold this in conference, I have no problem in trying to hold this in conference. As the Senator knows, the House has a different approach to some of these issues. But I think this is a very reasonable request. People should tie their names to what they are willing to spend taxpayer dollars on. It should be public, as the Senator said. That is the way we should do it. I am perfectly happy to support that aggressively.
