Yes, I do. And it's driven by people being concerned about carbon emissions and global warming, and common sense taking hold.
I happen to think that if you're going to do budgets and you're going to pass budgets on a partisan basis, the budget becomes irrelevant.
The classic example of this is ObamaCare. It was pushed through on a partisan vote.
If all the nuclear power plants were closed in this country, it's the equivalent of adding 115 million cars to the road.
