we must be honest with ourselves and the public in acknowledging that we will never fully eliminate all risk.
At the same time, TSA must remain respectful of personal privacy, dignity and civil rights and liberties, areas that are priorities for me.
It is not good law enforcement. It is not good security work from our perspective. It is unconstitutional.
It is incumbent, I believe, on all of us to ensure that doesn't happen again.
