Today we still welcome those winds of change--and we have every reason to believe that our tide is running strong.

Today the United Nations is primarily the protector of the small and the weak, and a safety valve for the strong.

There is no longer any reason why American children should suffer from polio, diphtheria, whooping cough, or tetanus.

But now the winds of change appear to be blowing more strongly than ever, in the world of communism as well as our own.
