Well, today we're talking about Lincoln County, which is a very large county, very sparsely populated county.

It's really been a great bipartisan effort, and the entire Nevada delegation supports our legislation.

I was there in Black Butte the day it started.

The legislation allows for recreation, tourism, economic development, environmental protection.

I think that eventually it could be even the model legislation that a lot of other Western States can use.

I really support some of your efforts in doing that.

I consider us the good guys, and I would rather have the good guys having all of their weapon systems and all of their capabilities far superior to the bad guys in the world.

It is very important that we establish that cloning is cloning.

We should be in the business of making a moral statement that we value human life in America.

I think that it would be very, very wise of us, as an institution, to ban all human cloning at this point.

It is still fundamental to me that creating human life just because can you utilize it devalues human life.
