Why aren't we creating more U.S.-flag ships in this country? And what can we do to ensure that more of these ships are built and operated, owned and operated here?

We can certainly, as Americans, accomplish anything we put our minds to.

We don't have any portion of the transportation system that stands totally on its own legs financially.

We would be derelict in our duty if we did not examine how these arbitrary and massive cuts will impact core Government services.
