it is also my intent that the Andean Trade Preference Act not pertain to existing requirements that foreign parties provide a Certificate of Origin for tuna imported into the United States. This certificate, or Form 370, is necessary to verify whether imported tuna qualifies for the ``dolphin-safe'' label. This bill should not affect that process.
