The law is there. I'm enforcing it. And maybe the federal government ought to start locking up these illegals, because there is a federal law, up to six months in jail, a misdemeanor.

I'm not going to change my policy. I serve the 3.2 million people. I don't serve Amnesty International, Civil Liberties and all these do-good organizations.

They should go to jail and do their time if they're convicted, and then we turn them over to ICE.
