I want everybody to see this bill--631 pages. This is the substitute bill out of the Banking Committee. This bill never came through the Banking Committee. This is a substitute bill. No one saw this bill until 5 p.m. last night--631 pages. My good friend from New York has made many good points about the bill that we did discuss in the Banking Committee, and you know about it. But this is a brandnew substitute that has new provisions, and no one has had a chance to go through them. I am saying that this bill ought to be sent back to the Banking Committee and examined to make sure all those wonderful things the Senator from New York has said are true. That is the reason for my motion to refer. I yield all of my time back.

No, no, no. Why is it your decision to report to the SEC and not to the public which you have an obligation to do?

When are you going to do something about this and get off the backs of our community bankers?
