We're getting to the point of diminishing marginal returns. What would really help us is if we could improve the legal migration system so that people come through our ports of entry.

I urge the Congress to act to prevent sequestration and ensure the safety, security, and resiliency of the Nation.

We will learn many lessons from this attack, just as we have from past instances of terrorism and violent extremism.

We must bring these people out of the shadows.
