I have been advocating for CIR since my first day here in Washington, DC.

I am in favor of creating an effective guest worker program to regain true control of the United States-Mexican border.

We need to continue to remind them that past is prologue to the future.

I think one of the real significant improvements made by this bill is to bring people out of the shadows, we know who they are, we know where they are.
