The international community is increasingly united around a shared insistence that Qadhafi must go.

We want to take advantage of the dynamic there and not to undercut the opposition, not to hurt those who are being courageous.

We attach enormous importance to the continuation of the tribunal, and we will do what we can to sustain that effort irrespective of what the decisions are of the Lebanese Government.
