We are seeing thousands of people leave Puerto Rico for the mainland, and they are American citizens.

The immediate need is for Congress to pass legislation that will permit them to restructure their debt.

I think the fee makes sense for two reasons: first, it does reflect the costs associated with fossil fuel use.

I do not think that any of us should feel comfortable just watching more American businesses leave the United States.
