I think right now, when you look at what our debt is, our deficit, annual deficit, is essentially interest on the debt.

I have been trying to deal with it as a crisis that we need to deal with on a bipartisan basis.

We have to invest in the short and medium term to get the kind of economy that gives people a chance.

And, most important, TPA makes very clear Congress has the final say.
