The real goal is not to restructure the debt. The real goal is to get back to economic growth.

This agreement demonstrates that we have the capacity to find common ground on difficult issues and lays a foundation for addressing some of our long-term challenges.

I totally agree with you, we should be able to put more resources into working on identifying the sources of the tax gap.

The immediate need is for Congress to pass legislation that will permit them to restructure their debt.
