The Supreme Court has made it very clear that statistical sampling is not permissible for apportionment purposes. That is the law. We will enforce the law. That is the position, plain and simple.

We will follow the Supreme Court ruling that statistical sampling is not allowed and that we will have a physical hard count of people.

The Census only happens once every 10 years and we need to get it right--no exceptions, no excuses.

We need to hold their feet to the fire. We need to make sure that there are audits that we can all depend on.
