the government closest to the people serves the people best.

I am here to say that despite the lack of efforts of some federal agencies, the unconventional energy industry is happening in Utah today and deserves support.

I believe that the States can do this better for their unique populations than can the Federal Government.

I think most all of us appreciate that government closest to the people tends to be more reflective and more representative of the people's needs.
