Only Congress could come up with a situation like this where you have to give your recommendations about implementation of the rule.
There's something fundamentally wrong about that. If we can pursue our Nation's security without putting them or us as a country institutionalizing hypocrisy, I think America is stronger, we are a more just and secure country.
Well, let us hope we can get some bipartisan cooperation around here in getting our fiscal house in order, which will help with the savings issue.
