Ernest J. Moniz: “Coal will remain an important component of the nation's energy mix for decades.”

The overwhelming preponderance--I mean nearly unanimous in the scientific community of relevance certainly expects that we are on a pathway to very negative consequences.

We must continue to invest in research and development for all of our Nation's energy sources.

I'm extremely bullish about this. In fact, if you take a step back it's a pretty remarkable story.

If they try that, we will find it.
