For the past two decades, nuclear power has reliably and economically contributed nearly 20 percent of electricity generated in the United States.

I agree, certainly, with Senator Feinstein that we must find a sustainable path forward for the storage and disposal of nuclear waste.

We need to really think about addressing our security and our climate issues in an integrative way.

So, if we don't protect the energy sector, we're putting, essentially, every other sector in the economy in peril.
