I do not think any veteran, whatever the condition, should have to wait that long in any of our facilities, whether it is an emergency room or a clinic.

I ask the Committee, and the rest of Congress, to help us by resolving this fiscal impasse now.

Veterans deserve to have full faith in their VA.
