This is not a once and done, or whenever we have a crisis, we do. This is an ongoing set of looks at ourselves.

if we've recognized ALS as a service-connected condition, we ought to provide all the care and benefits that go along with caring for our veterans.

I would say that is our only mission, Mr. Chairman. I mean if you look at any of our buildings, emblazoned on them is the words of Abraham Lincoln, to care for him who have borne the battle.

We have hired--we have over 100,000 veterans as part of our workforce, fully 30 percent, and our goal is 40 percent.
