I cannot believe that we're sitting here in the United States House of Representatives when we can do something about a problem that has existed for many, many years, and we are still telling people to wait. I don't think that you can afford the luxury of waiting when you do not have insurance. Think about how many people will die today because of the fact they do not have health insurance.
