We would like to see a stable democratic country which respects the rights of the citizens, respects the rights and freedoms of a free press.

We will continue to press for an end to violence, broad-based dialogue without precondition, respect for human rights, and accountability.

Advancing the values and interests of our country, promoting stability in the world does matter to our citizens.

I think fundamentally the issue is if a government is not accountable to its people, then that really goes against President Obama's first pillar, which is good governance, democracy, and institutions.
