We have offered President Biya and his government that they must reach out in an open dialogue without any preconditions.

What we are doing is holding both parties accountable and committed to what they had signed.

Our immediate focus is to support the stability of the DRC through genuine free and fair elections that are credible and inclusive and lead to a peaceful democratic transfer of power.

We will continue to press for an end to violence, broad-based dialogue without precondition, respect for human rights, and accountability.
