I`m pretty worried because the reality of the matter is that even if we were to pass The For The People Act, and/or both and the John Lewis Act, we have a serious problem when it comes to implementation and budgeting.

I think that Democrats have a real opportunity to do so while continuing their message of inclusiveness.
