Unfortunately, because of the lack of funds that we were faced with in the last few months, we have been having to take food from the hungry children to give to starving children, which is a situation that none of us like to be in.

What the United States has done in stepping up is absolutely extraordinary.

If you are not going to provide the funds and the access, then stop the wars.

Had it not been for the United States, the taxpayers of this country, we would have had mass famine.
