I am extremely disappointed in the action as you might imagine and the lack of transparency and accountability in the process is also unacceptable.

The RFS has helped bring competition... to the retail transportation fuel marketplace while reducing at least to some degree our dependence on foreign oil imports.

This is a win-win for workers, students, and parents that will help create jobs, reduce emissions, and produce long-term cost savings for our schools due to increased energy efficiency.

Absolutely horrendous decision on the part of the FCC to deny them funding.
