Danielle Smith: “No one benefits from a trade war”

I will vote to remain in Canada.

Albertans are going to have a chance to tell us if they differ in their views on Oct. 19.

I continue to caution against further escalation in this trade dispute. Tariffs and counter-tariffs are harmful to both Americans and Canadians.

We’re just excited to be able to celebrate Alberta Day and all of the various cultures and diaspora communities, including Indigenous Peoples who have helped to build the province.
