I want to give full credit to the Biden Administration. I think they have invested in this.

But I would caution against the narrative that Saudi Arabia is ready to normalize relations with Israel tomorrow as long as the United States provides the right quantities of weapons, security guarantees, or civil nuclear technology.

The kinds of projects that have already been announced... is a very good example of a project that could have and should, I think, include the Palestinians.
