They have to be made to do so by the international community, by the United Nations and by an international force which will be there to make sure that they never are able, ever, to raise their ugly head again and return to what they have been doing for so many years and what they're continuing to do right at this very minute.

Israel will withdraw the minute there is a political solution and the minute there is a viable force in place.
