South Africans are not xenophobic. South Africans are Africans. They want to live with other Africans peacefully.

At all times, I acted in good faith.

We honour them not as servants of a racial state, but as sons of Africa whose courage transcended the injustice of their time.

However, we need to deal with illegal migration. We have seen how illegal immigration can put pressure on our public services and undermine our efforts to create decent work.
