As we work to build a safer, more stable and more prosperous society, we need to address the challenge of migration.

People have been concerned about whether these reforms are reversible. Will they be reversed one day when something happens? My answer is no. They are not going to be reversed.

We honour them not as servants of a racial state, but as sons of Africa whose courage transcended the injustice of their time.
