The point that Senator Sarbanes made, Senator Shelby has made, and others have made from the outset about the issue of confidence is the most critical issue for all of us here.
I find it ironic that we can keep a CEO in their office, but we cannot keep a family in their home.
I think we should look at our choices. We can come down to where we allocate resources and how we make choices between the issue of tax cuts for the top 1 percent of income earners versus investing in a No Child Left Behind bill.
