There's different ways to look at it. He's always looking, 'How do I lower energy prices? How do I lower heating prices, electricity prices, gasoline prices, diesel prices?

I think things are going reasonably well there but the flip side is, you have to look at every wrench you’ve got to bring a murderous conflict to an end.
