I think the idea that one can make a choice not to seek health care throughout one's life is simply not realistic and cannot be the basis for an attack on the constitutionality.

I am quite sure that the health care mandate is constitutional.

This is not conservative, this is reactionary.

This is what would be the coup d`etat, because these gerrymandered state legislatures in all the swing states -- Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia would then be able to send the electors they choose, not the electors…
