Reclaiming my time, the EPA uses scientists engaged in research on pesticides. It uses scientists engaged in other health- related emergencies. We have a difference of opinion as to how to deploy those scientists, where to deploy those scientists. I, as a Member of Congress, don't want to make that decision. I want to make sure that the Federal Government is deploying the scientific community across a broad range of challenges, which is why I oppose this amendment.
