I'm 54 years old. I have never seen devastation like this one. The human spirit is going to have to rise up real high, and I'm sure we have the strength to do it, but we have to find it within ourselves. So, people are going to have to push on. They're going to have to change their frame of mind. The Puerto Rico and the San Juan that we knew yesterday is no longer there.

If he thinks that 3,000 people dying on his watch is a good news story or is an unsung success, you know, nobody's going to be singing his praises, because this was a despicable act of neglect on the part of his administration.
If he doesn't learn from his mistakes, he's going to make them again and people are going to continue to die.
