Oh, that's ridiculous. That's ridiculous. First of all, you're talking about billions of dollars that are needed here. And the way you get that billions of dollars is, you have to decide that you're going to dedicate more money.
You talk to any of the people here in central Pennsylvania, and they will tell you that this highway was needed.
I question our priorities when in these times of trillion dollar budget surpluses, we cannot find the commitment to make our aviation system safe and competitive.
