I appreciate all of the work that has gone into this bill, especially by the staff on both sides of the committee. There were a lot of hours that they put in, and I can't thank them enough for what they did. Again, I thank my counterpart, the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. DeFazio), for his efforts on the bill as well as the ranking member's and the subcommittee chairman's. I urge all of my colleagues to support S. 612, or the WIIN Act, so we can improve our ports, our harbors, and can protect this Nation from flooding and natural disasters.
