This amendment does clarify that socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses can compete for contracts in the bills dealing with the redevelopment of stations. A lot of these stations are in downtown areas that are very desirable for development, and so we want to encourage that. This amendment, I believe, strengthens the bill.
