The text of the motion is as follows: Mr. Shuster moves that the House disagree to the Senate amendment to H.R. 5021. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 696, the motion shall be debatable for 1 hour equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
