“This amendment simply clarifies that when the Amtrak inspector general looks at ways to improve Amtrak's boarding procedures at major stations that it consider passengers using wheelchairs and other nonmotorized transportation. I know this is near and dear to the hearts of Mr. Lipinski's constituents, so, again, I rise in support.
