I thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania. His amendment would ensure that veteran-owned small businesses be considered when they are looking who has historically participated in Federal funds in all projects, so I strongly support the hiring of veterans. I appreciate Mr. Fitzpatrick for offering this bill, and, once again, it will strengthen the bill, so I support it.
